Keep your on the lens
Eye Contact moves the eyes back to the camera on every frame, inside After Effects, Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
Unlimited free trial, watermarked until you add a license. Windows and Mac (Apple Silicon).
One frame is enough
Park the playhead on a frame where the subject looks into the lens and click Use Current Frame. Eye Contact puts those eyes on every frame, fitted to the head pose and matched to the lighting.
It fixes what moving the eyes alone can't: half-closed lids, eyes stuck in a corner, a look far off the lens. Blinks and the light in the eyes stay real.
Every frame is the plugin's own output.
Back on the lens, wherever they were
Looking to the side
The iris moves to where it sits when the subject looks into the lens, for each head angle.

Looking up
The lids come down with the eyes, so the look stays natural.

Three steps, inside your editor
Apply Eye Contact
No masks, no tracking to set up. The footage shows untouched until you pick a reference.
Use Current Frame
Park the playhead on a frame where the subject looks into the lens and click it. The eyes go to the lens on every frame.
Dial it in
Strength, Eyelid Follow and Aim set how far the eyes and lids go. In After Effects, Look At points the eyes at any layer.
Works where you edit
Questions
Do I need a reference frame?
Yes, one frame where the subject looks into the lens. Eye Contact puts those eyes on every frame, so it works even with big looks away, half-closed lids and eyes in a corner. Until you pick it, the footage shows untouched.
What makes a good reference?
A frame from the same shot where the subject looks straight into the lens, eyes open, no blink. A photo of the same person works too.
Does it work with glasses?
Yes. The frames of the glasses stay in front of the eyes.
What happens in a blink?
The lids close and reopen with the subject's own, so blinks stay real.
Can the eyes look somewhere other than the lens?
Yes. Aim moves the target, and in After Effects Look At points the eyes at any layer, such as a null.
Can I composite it myself?
Output > Mask gives an RGB mask of the eye openings, the irises and the eyelids.
